Hotel Excelsior Karachi saddar

I must say this hotel is outstanding in Sadar Karachi, staff is extraordinary, at reception wonderful staff for greetings. Hygiene level care is outclassed. Well maintained and highly recommended. Superb facilities inside room. Management of this hotel has my respect. I stayed 3 days here and enjoyed my vacations. Whenever you come to Karachi only stay Hotel Excelsior Karachi. A very clean, well-maintained and exceptional staff at the heart of Karachi. Awais, Naina and the reception staff were notably the most helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. My review would be incomplete if I didn’t mention the valet staff who helped me numerous times to cross the extremely busy road to the other side. The breakfast is great, buffet options are up to par but the highlight is the cappuccino probably the best I’ve had in my years of travelling.

Clean and comfortable room. Walkable to shopping mall and bazar and foods street. Friendly n helpful staffs. We love the ciku that served during breakfast. It was sweet and juicy.

A little late but I stayed here around two years ago with family coming from America for almost a month and we felt very comfortable and had 24/7 support and help whenever needed. We want to give a shoutout to Usman and Suleiman for their hospitality throughout our stay. We will definitely consider this hotel again when coming to Pakistan in the future.

It is always good to be here... but today i met some bad experience while checking in time... check in and check ou time must be changed and lineancy be kept in timings as they get good amount chraged for the rooms.

Clean hotel with nice, clean and cozy rooms. Complimentary breakfast included. Breakfast was decent except the sitting which was very congested. Staff was helpful except a slight hiccup we had with the reception. Location s awesome as it is located in Sadar right opposite to Atrium Mall. Every single thing is within reach. It was bit pricey as it did cost us around 100usd per night for a single room with small double bed. Room service staff was lovely. Avoid ordering food in the room as there are a lot of options outside and taste is much more better together quality and portion size.

Beautifully designed modern rooms with a stunning view of the city. The housekeeping team does an amazing job.

I’ve passed by this road and in front of this hotel countless times, but I never realized that such a beautiful and wonderfully ambient hotel existed right in the heart of the city. It’s not only located in the downtown area but also within walking distance of all the shopping areas. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms were also spotless. One possible issue could be car parking, but they have a valet parking option available for that. Overall, the entire hotel is accessibility-friendly, with lifts and ramps.
